When you check for updates using SpyDevastator update feature we do not send any personally identifiable information from our the server. If newer updates are available, the updating program will download the latest files to your PC. No data is sent to our server during an update process.

This website is in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and does not collect use, or disclose the personal information of a child under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 registers on our site, we will not accept the registration and the information will be deleted immediately. You may contact support for any removal of such information.
Limits of Liabilities and Legal Process
